Re: another red skullWell I got the switch on Friday. Did some testing and this switch will handle everything I can throw at it. Here is where I am thinking of mounting it......... dan
the problem i am seeing with using this switch for the starter button is... the contacts are open. if it rains and water makes it to the contacts my starter will be activating while i am riding. bummer :( You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post. 82 xv 750 skull on grips,levers,3rd brake and side covers.soft bags and tool bag, relay for coils, fresh inferno red, paint code PEL(red)

Re: another red skulltrue. plus the switch is not weather proof. if i get caught riding when it is raining there is a good chance the switch will sort out and cause the starter to engage. this is not a good thing. i could hide it. but why hide a skull????? i may just cover it in plastic then mount it where i have it..........dan
