If you are reading this you must have been searching for information about how to have yourself removed from our mailing list.
First, let me say that we do NOT have a mailing list

The best suggestion I can come up with is to advise all members to write their Username and Password down and keep it in a Safe & Secure place where it can easily be located by the owner because we cannot retrieve this information for you.
If you forget your password, we can't retrieve your current one for you so you will have to get a new one and this can be done by browsing to our Logon web page and enter your Username as if you were going to logon.
Then instead of filling in the Password field, click on the link below it where it says "I forgot my password" and follow the prompts as they appear on your screen.
Provided that you have the option to receive emails from Admins turned on, you will receive an email with a new temporary password in it. Use this password to logon to VTF and then (if you wish) go to your User Control Panel (UCP) and change your password to something that means something to you.
Remember to write you new Password down and keep it Safe & Secure otherwise you will have to go through all of this again the next time you lose or forget your Password.
*NOTE: If you can't see the "I forgot my password" link just click on the Submit button and this will refresh the web page. This time when the page has finished loading, the link will be there and then you just follow the steps as they are laid out above.
