Couple lbs medium to large fresh shrimp. Deveined and peeled
Pickled or fresh jalepenos
couple pounds of your favorite bacon. (I forgot the brand maybe hillshire farms? I like thick cut applewood smoked jalepeno bacon for this))
Lowerys hawiian marinade

Clean and marinade shrimp.
Cut bacon strips in half.
Brush with lowerys hawiian marinade.
Place one shrimp and one or two jalepeno slices and roll up in the bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
Repeat.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 until cooked
Empty the drool bucket and dig in.

Try not to eat two lbs of bacon and shrimp in one sitting .... good luck

 Oh Yeah ... yum!
since nice, fresh Shrimp is not always readily on-hand all the time here, a good queso fresco or queso panela can substitute.

[or Philly cream cheese or white american cheese] what am I sayin' - almost everything is better with jalapenos :hot: and bacon. :naughty:
