hi guys I'm new tonight my name is Julie, I just bought a 1983 Yamaha xv 400 with blown piston I think the guy had been running it too rich and on full throttle, anyways its a bopper but I decided to strip the full bike and re-build nicer BUT I am trying to remove the cylinder heads off the engine and have followed the manuals instructions lining up the T in the viewing window and following all the procedures this is suppose to enable you to remove the timing chain and head, But it is doing nothing I have removed everything I can including timing chain tensioners and still the head won't come of have I got something wrong with the lining up of the T etc , would anyone know what is the problem could you help, Thank you
