That was actually kinda awesome video, unintelligble but entertaining....

But hey.. just look at the problems some ENGLISH speakers have communicating when they come from DIFFERENT areas.. Southern Louisiana, California, New York, Australia, Britain (quite a few different accents), Canada... all have a lot of different inflection, tonality and local slang.

Languages have always developed differently by regions. Sadly I've only ever managed to master English.. couldn't retain the French I was taught in school...

Oh wait.. I can translate computer manuals to English... hmm.
