Change clutchplates Xv535 -01

PostAuthor: dan.anderberg » Sun Sep 10, 2017 12:11 pm

I'll replace clutch plates and steel plates. Is there anything special to think about?
Do you need Yamaha's tools? Thanks in advance.

no 'special tools' needed. here's link to a walk through. ---> https://viragotechforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=75&t=7482

just don't move the clutch lever on the handlebar while the adjuster/adjustment nut is loosened. -- make sure the '3 ball-gizmo' stays in place -- using Vaseline to temporarily hold in place if needed.
