1988-on XV750 vacuum and fuel routingThis is for all later model 750's from 1988-on; slight changes exist for the 1984-87 XV700, and much different for early 1981-83 XV750 so please ignore this for those.
(XV1100 uses a 'pressure sensor' and 4-way connector not T on the vacuum line, and fuel routing is different too) Note how fuel and vacuum lines going to/from petcock connect at their respective T fitting. Diaphragm and fuel vent hoses also shown since those are often asked about too. The apparatus at bottom is the AIS (Air Induction System) and connects to the singular vacuum connector, sometimes this won't exist if removed so either the T will not be there or plugged off for that end. Rear carb boot should have a "blind" plug to cap off its vacuum nipple, while front carb is the one used for OEM vacuum operated petcock. 1993 750 ViragoJake, how about making this a "sticky," ( the one in Tech Articles), and then lock the file???

Re: 1993 750 ViragoYeah, I know, but was just asking for you thoughts. Thanks for doing it. We need to do the same thing with the early models and the 1100'.
