Hello,
everybody.First of all sorry for my bad english but it's my 3rd language.

So i am owner of a 920 since december 2017.I bought a very good one with only 10 000 miles on it.In great condition. The bike was running well.I decied to make a project with it.The engine wasin greatcondition so i decied not to rebuild it.

First of all i do the front end swap i use(2001 R1 forks triple tree and breaks and Cbr954 wheel to match with the rear one).I have 130/90/15 new METZELER tires on both.

After thath i put "Benneli Mojave 260 fuel tank"

Then i go custom exhaust pipes 2 in 1 "Y" with Motto Guzi from 1978 mufler(almost straight pipe).

For now i use stock air box with hi-flow air filter(i want to go pod filters).

I rewired the whole bike(bare bones) with the great help of ChiefPep videos(he has awesome step by step guide).I kept everything minimalistic.

Of course likeall XV's the starter was grinding,so i just flip the gear (like a youtube video says). Now it's like new

I bought new switches,new handlebar,grips,led turns,led strip(brake,turns),footrest.

The next step is car jetting.But i need helpfor this.I use stock hitschi sc 40's.With #41 pilot both.And 126-128Mains with stock Y-25 Y-24 needles.Air scew 1,5 turns.

Can anyone help with solving this jetting.Ithought about use 1 spacer on every needle and go 128-130 with leaving the pilot #41.

P.S.I will upload a photo to show how the thing are going.

The pilot screw controls the amount of fuel, (not air), you have to start and run the engine at low rpm. Nominal setting is 2.5 turns out from a soft seat. At 1.5 you are running very lean. What exactly is the engine doing? What do your plugs look like? Did you change the air cleaner or do any intake mods?
