If running stock pipes with drilled out baffles (not removed just drilled) is this enough to need rejetting?

Idle and low speed jetting was lean from the factory to meet EPA limits. Even a stock bike worked better with the pilot screws turned out a turn or so from the factory setting. So any thing that causes it to run even a little leaner is going to be an issue if you don't compensate at least with the pilot screws. If they are tuned out 1.5 - 2 turns from stock and it still stumbles or backfires thru the carb when you give it gas - then it is time to go a step richer on the idle jets. Drilling the baffles will not require a change to main jets or needles in all likelihood.
