Motorcycle Lifts

PostAuthor: cadvision » Sun May 12, 2019 5:01 pm

Hello,
I am wondering if anybody has used a small lift on their Virago 1100? I am worried about crushing the exhaust pipes as the lift falls there. the lift has two supports 2.5 " x 11" spaced 9.5" apart. It would be nice to move the bike around the garage and also raise it for maintenance purposes.
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks
Doug Goodman

Use blocks of wood as spacers to keep it off the exhaust. I have used my lift to raise the bike up for service without any problems.
