Reverse engine swap advise

PostAuthor: Bogwot » Sat Dec 01, 2018 8:53 am

Hi all from the UK

I have a 82 750 frame [mono shock] into which I would like to install a 97 535, in principle I understand its possible, has anybody had any experience or knowledge they would like to share please ?

I am returning to two wheels now the kid is out of university, my dream has always been to build a cafe racer , a looker rather than a racer.

Any advise or assistance would be gratefully received, regards Richard

All new engine mounts would have to be designed and fabricated ( not been done to my knowledge ), and you would need a TCI to match the 535.
