A bargain source for parts

PostAuthor: Randy569 » Wed Oct 14, 2009 6:55 pm

Hey, All.

While looking around for some parts for the new girl (had a chance to sneak by the house, while I'm supposed to be out truckin  ), I found this site for a Yamaha dealership in Canada.

And I couldn't believe how low their prices are!

Plus, they ship to the US!

For example, a sprague clutch: Normally, about $275. Their price: (converted to US dollars) $170.54, shipped.

#2 idler for my '86: About $130-$150. Their price: (converted) $64.48 shipped.

If you need some new parts, you might check them out.

Thanks for the link Randy, always good to find new sources.
and really great prices for OEM!

best price I've seen on sprague clutch is Dennis Kirk ~$100 + ship.

This thread is from Oct. of 09. Exchange rates do not apply, and the web site does not list parts for anything older than 1990. Even for my '96 they only list 33 items and not all are parts.
