Thank you. It has taken me a few years to get it sorted out, but I'm happy with the result.

I just shipped one off the other day, but I can start making more at any time. I have to get some parts made up and such, so lead time would probably be close to two weeks. Last bunch of flanges I had plasma cut, but I won't be doing that again. I think I'm going to CNC them, and put in a groove for an o-ring. Eventually I may try to keep a couple units in stock, last time I made a batch of 5 and sold all of them within a couple weeks.

Just a freshen up here: I've re-designed the intake to tuck in under the bike more. Also I have a web site where you can order. http://www.finessefabrication.com

That's a lot like the one I made. Will it still burn evenly?

New version looks well made.

Do you have any other photos? Looks like a sharp turn towards the rear cylinder.

Are you still making the raised plenum style?

As a reply to your earlier message, I would buy 6 but can't afford one at the moment. Exhange rate is not in my favor...

I am a TIG welder and do stainless steel and aluminum tubing a lot and could probably make one of these for myself if I had a notcher and plasma cutter at home..I have been doing the TIG welding for about 15 years now and love it,the welds when done right look amazing ! You have made some nice high quality intakes here ! I have worked in some super advanced places such as several Air Force bases doing some welding for them,as well as food industry, such as Budweiswer and Miller Lite beer,Dannon yogurt,Frito Lay,Ozarka spring water,Nabisco Foods etc,and lots of work at the General Motors plant in Arlington,Texas and other places,so I know high quality when I see it!! Did you purge inside tubing with pure Argon gas ? I didn't look to see if the welds fully penetrated the inside walls of the tubing for a totally strong weld inside and out..either way these are nice high quality intakes ! People should be checking these out for sure !
