Got her going today, was checking the carbs and realized the dingus who sold it only had them half on. Still cut off after a few minutes but i was watching the fuel line and i saw barely any fuel flow. Its not letting it flow.

Put the petcock on PRI to see if it runs. Is the gas cap open or closed ?

So pri she runs smooth, so im assuming the vaccum isnt being released on the petcock. Would runing ut on pri and then turning it to ON aka off while not running be a bad idea until i can get a manual one shipped in? Otherwise i had to rearange the fuel lines for the gravity to work properly but it ran and drove great. Need a replacement elbow seal for a carb cayse i notice a small pop every now and then from it. But otherwise she was happy as a clam.

You should have some vacuum ports on the carb holders, you can connect to one of those.

I don't have a first Gen manual on this device, but I wonder what else is missing. The AIS/MCV may have been bypassed or eliminated which may determine which carb boot the petcock vacuum line hooks to.

I think you should repair or replace your petcock. If it sits for a period of time like you said, and then will start and run some more, suggests that the petcock is leaking. That would also account for an overfilled crankcase.

I just took her out on a nice half hour cruise down the back roads in my area. Diffinetly need a new boot on the front right side cause at lower rpms it would pop its seal and then close back up. But i love this bike! Felt great on the rd. Ill try to figure out whats going on with the vaccum line but for now this seems to be doing the trick. Thanks on the advice guys, really appreciate it all.
