Camshaft inspection?

Hey everyone,I'm stripping down my old bike for possible future parts needed....anywho,being the still "newbie" I am,,,,,I'm asking what am I looking for on my cams as to what condition they are in? Thanks Pete. (Pic attached)

Biggest wear item would be the "lobe height". Check that with a digital caliper and compare to the manual specs.

You can also do a visual inspection, looking for scoring and "shoulders" sticking up at the sides of the cam lobes. But what little I can see in the photo, there are no cause for alarm - they look normal.

Are you going to replace the bushing with a roller bearing? I am having trouble with google in China right now, so I don't feel like searching. The size is 6205, I made a note of the size last time I searched for it.

Thanks for the advice/responses ,I have the new roller bearings6205,as my front cam seized a couple years ago on my now parts bike....again really appreciate VTF,,,,pete
